Today is International Men's Day and according to a new report from RSFU, 16 percent of Swedish men have no one to talk to about feelings. Among women, it is half as large a proportion who have no one to talk about their feelings with. Pelle Ullholm, sexual informant at RFSU, and Bjarne Fivelsdal, chief protection officer at the trade union Pappers at Munkedal's paper mill, talk about how it affects men's mental health and how you can work to counteract it.
