A well-known problem on ZR series engines is a leaking chain tensioner. I tried everything to fix this leak. At first, I just changed the gaskets for new ones, almost every year, but it still leaks in that place. I put sealant on two gaskets at once, it helped, but not for long, I even made a gasket out of PMB paronite, but nothing helped. Every time I pulled out the tensioner, I thought that we had a dispute between three planes and how a metal gasket could hold it, but then I realized when I removed the side cover after the chain jumped. There are no planes there, there is only one and the gasket needs to be inserted with the convex part towards the engine, there is a fucking groove there. By the way, the paronite really lasted longer than all, so the variator is working.
