Hybrid training courses for professional development in the company and the development of skills and learning organizations: How the AFEST methodology can be a lever for a new dynamic of professional dialogue in work organizations. Summary: AFEST, one of the 3 training methods approved by the 2018 law, is at the heart of new dynamics in companies, shifting the lines not only of training practices but also of managerial and HR practices.
