Burgers with Mc Hero in the hood: Trap Kitchen has never been so street! In this episode of Trap Kitchen, our host and passionate chef Pablo goes straight into the Zurich rapper's feel-good hood. Together they fire up the trap grill and conjure up juicy cevapcici burgers. While the patties are sizzling, Mc Hero drops exciting news... If you like real street soul food and rapper gossip, you definitely can't miss this episode! Cevapcici recipe (Pablo's shape was unsuccessful) 1 kg minced meat (mixed is juicier, lamb if you can find it) 1 tbsp Vegeta 1-2 tsp smoked paprika (not original but nice) 1 tsp black pepper 1-2 tsp salt 3-4 garlic cloves chopped into a paste Knead everything very well and shape better cevapcici than Pablo (oblong, about the thickness of a thumb) Always do a test and finally taste it! Cabbage salad: cut/grate around 500 g of white cabbage very finely, add a little salt and sugar and knead thoroughly. Add 1-2 tbsp mayonnaise and the juice of half a lemon, mix well and season with salt. Optionally add parsley or chives. Quick Ajvar (not original, street version): grill 1 small eggplant and 5-6 red pepperoni plus 2-3 pepperoncini (in the oven at 220 degrees) until the skin is well roasted (don't worry, it can get a little black, everything is peeled) and the vegetables are cooked/soft. Be careful, pepperoncini cook quickly. Also great: grill 1 onion and 5-6 cloves of garlic in their skin. Scrape the flesh out of the eggplant cut lengthways, peel and core the pepperoni and pepperoncini, chop everything very finely. Finely chop a small onion, add and season with vinegar, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Yoghurt sauce Mix 300 grams of Greek yogurt with 1/3 of a finely diced cucumber, 1-2 pressed garlic cloves, a little lemon juice and a pinch of salt and season to taste.
