And here is what Alexey writes about the Panigale V2... At the moment, the Panigale V2 and V4 are the most beautiful motorcycles of all those produced. I have driven 186 km in Moscow, the Moscow Ring Road and the region. Including the narrow Altufevskoe highway and traffic jams on Yaroslavka. I will tell you. If you drive less than 80 km / h, it heats up. It doesn’t overheat, it just heats up. The engine T is 100 and higher, the exhaust under the seat and the engine fry your legs and ass. And this is at an air T of +17+20C. And what will happen in the heat then? After I turned it off and pulled out the ignition key, the radiator fan worked for some time cooling the lower radiator (there are two of them). Bravo! The solution that VW put on the Golf VR6 in 1997 reached Ducati in 2020. But it never reached many, because. There are two radiators - upper and lower. There is no oil radiator (not typical for Italy). But there is a heat exchanger (oil / coolant). The fan is on the lower radiator and also cools the engine, the muffler inlet pipe, the muffler itself and the catalytic converter. It does not blow hot air on your legs, the flow goes back and slightly to the right side. Bravo. The test bike has covered 5,000 km, both radiators are undamaged. This means that the material and thickness of the radiator fins are good and it is of high quality. This is by the way. Hint: to get minimal heat from the engine, set the maximum engine braking — EBC-3. Why? It would take a long time to tell. And let's continue about the engine: it is very smooth, has good torque from below (from 3000), it is comfortable to ride in traffic jams between the lanes. When riding, it is advisable not to lower the tachometer below 5500, and from 8500 and to the stop, it has an easy and confident pickup. Moreover, the engine does not fade at the top, but very briskly arrives at the limiter and roughly hangs on it. I think this was done on purpose to artificially worsen the bike and more separate the V2 and V4. Pure marketing. Now about the sound. The entire ride, from idle to the limiter, is accompanied by very interesting, emotional and characteristic sounds. The exhaust (standard) hits your ears hard, roars, shoots, in short, it's something! And most of all it is unclear how such a cool exhaust was allowed into civilian sales... Maybe the Italians quietly agreed with some collective farmers from Belgium that they would issue a Euro-5 certificate? Oh, well, quite! Now about the source of the sound. The gas handle with a signature backlash, well, this is tradition, so to speak. But it does not interfere. The on-off response is excellent, no questions, nice, well done. Comfortable speed up to 220, I will say so... ********** Subscribe in social networks http://VK.com/alexnabe , / alexnabere , / alexnab , / alexnab - that's me ;)
