There are on-call surgeons, elective surgery surgeons, office surgeons, subspecialists, transplant surgeons, professors, references, surgeons from the countryside and the capital.... You need to decide what you want from your life and have a plan. EVERYTHING IS POSSIBLE!!! For me, a surgeon does have a life! You just need to get organized, do what you like and act ethically!
