Start from La Villa in Val Badia at 6.30am in the heart of the Dolomites. First climb to Passo Campolongo and descent to Arabba. Climb to Passo Pordoi, short descent to the junction for Canazei and then Passo Sella. Descent to the turn for Selva di Val Gardena, pedal on Plan de Gralba and pass Passo Gardena. Passo Campolongo again and after reaching Colle Santa Lucia we climb Passo Giau. Descent to Pocol, then Passo Falzarego then Passo Valparola and final descent towards San Cassiano and La Villa. With less than 5 kilometers to go, there is a steep climb on the Mür dl Giat and a slightly uphill finish in Corvara in Badia.
