The Direct Planting System is one of the most efficient and sustainable agricultural production systems. Among other benefits, it minimizes soil loss due to erosion; enables the conservation and improvement of the physical, chemical and biological attributes of the soil, increasing its organic matter; reduces the need for mechanization and energy expenditure; and favors the reduction of production costs. It also allows the production of clean water, since the protected soil favors the infiltration and replenishment of the water table, an important environmental service. Learn more. Understand.
