Welcome to this new video, dedicated to the Milano Centrale station. Equipped with 24 platforms, it is the second largest station in Italy in terms of passenger traffic and every day it welcomes trains of all types. They range from Trenord regional and fast regional trains in service between Milan and Bergamo, Verona, Tirano, Mantua, Trenitalia fast regional trains to Turin to regional trains to Switzerland (operated with ETR524 TILO livery). There are also various Eurocity trains to Switzerland and intercity trains between Milan and Livorno, Ventimiglia, operated with double symmetrical E414, in addition to the fantastic Siracusa Milan night intercity train with double E403. As for high-speed trains, we now find all the new types of Frecciarossa: Frecciarossa ETR700 (in service between Milan and Venice), Frecciarossa ETR600 (in service on some of the trains to Trieste), Frecciarossa 1000 and ETR500 on the Turin, Milan, Rome, Naples, Salerno and Reggio Calabria route. Finally, we have perhaps the gem of the video, namely DIA.MAN.TE 2.0 (Diagnostics Maintenance Technology), namely an ETR500 in a particular livery (blue and yellow), which takes care of maintenance and supervision along railway lines, both conventional and high-speed.
