Hello!!!!! I prepared our Csikós Tokány dish from my old cookbook. This recipe hasn't changed much since then. Ingredients: 1 kg of pork loin or leg 10-13 dkg of smoked bacon 2 medium heads of red onion 1 clove of garlic (this is not included in the original recipe) 3 tablespoons of lecho or 1 piece of paprika tomato For the spread: 1 glass of sour cream 175 g and 1 tbsp of flour Seasoning: Salt and pepper or 1 tablespoon red pepper.
