Making bone broth is super easy to do and very healthy. Because homemade bone broth is not only very tasty, but also good for us. In the past, our grandmothers always made their own broth and fortunately that habit is coming back more and more. Broth made from bones contains many building materials that are good for our body. It is a kind of superfood. The gelatin from the bones, also called collagen, is the protein that produces the connective tissue in our body. And this collagen is good for our entire body.
