Conqueror of Jerusalem Saladin Ayyubi Episode 1 Summary In the 12th century, when the Crusader invasions devastated the Islamic world, the unity and order among Muslims was disrupted, and many Islamic lands, especially the holy city of Jerusalem, fell into the hands of the Crusaders.
