INGREDIENTS: 1 can of condensed milk = 397gr 3 eggs 120gr of melted butter but not hot = 6 tablespoons 2 cups of all-purpose wheat flour = 280gr = 14 tablespoons 1 tablespoon of baking powder = 20gr 300gr of candied candied fruits 1 rectangular mold of 30cmx10cm greased and floured FOR THE COVERING: 6 tablespoons of cream cheese = 180gr 8 tablespoons of icing sugar = 112gr 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence Candied candied fruits to taste to decorate PREPARATION: Turn on the oven to 180ºc to heat up. Sift the flour and set aside. Beat the eggs until they form a whitish cream and double in size, add the condensed milk and beat again, then add the butter and beat for 1 more minute, add the sifted flour mixed with the baking powder and beat a little until you have a homogeneous mixture without lumps. Add the fruits and mix to integrate. Pour the mixture into the mold and bake at 180ºc for approximately 50 minutes or until it comes out dry when you prick it with a stick. Remove from the oven, let it cool and unmold.
