On the 25th, the Hyogo Prefectural Assembly held a 100-Article Committee (Special Committee for Investigating Document Issues) and questioned Governor Saito Motohiko and others as witnesses. Chairman Okutani Kenichi of the 100-Article Committee stated his intention to "have thorough discussions with the committee members from now on" regarding whether the former executive's accusatory document constitutes a public interest whistleblowing.
