#PhD Competition Organization Calendar for the year 2024-2025 In light of the #Ministerial_Decision Within the framework of the #Ministry_of_Higher_Education_and_Scientific_Research's keenness to develop #scientific_research and build competencies, a #Ministerial_Decision was issued to organize the #PhD_Competition for the year 2024-2025. To facilitate the registration and participation process in this competition, a detailed #calendar has been developed that specifies the different stages of this process, starting from opening registration until announcing the #final_results. The most important #stages of the competition: Opening registration: Registration has been opened via the digital platform PROGRES# starting from January 2, 2025 until the 14th of the same month. This registration allows candidates to fill out the necessary forms and submit their files #electronically. Submission of #files: After the end of the registration period, candidates must submit their complete files via the same #platform during the period from January 15 to 19, 2025. These files include the various documents required to register for the #competition. Review of files: The competent departments in the #university institutions review the submitted files to ensure that all the required #conditions are met. This phase lasts from January 20 to 25, 2025. #Study_of_files: The doctoral training committees study the accepted files and evaluate them according to specific criteria. Appeals Study: The competent committees will study the appeals submitted by the candidates during the period from February 1 to 4, 2025. Announcement of the #final_list: The final list of candidates accepted to take the competition will be announced after studying the appeals, on February 5, 2025. Competition procedure: The competition will be held during the period from February 5 to 27, 2025. The competition usually includes written and oral tests to assess the level of the candidates. Final publication of the results: The final results of the competition will be published after the approval of the competent scientific bodies within a maximum period of three days after the date of the competition. Important notes: Accepted candidates must register their names at the university institution to which they were accepted within a maximum period of 15 days after the announcement of the final results.
