The path to getting there was almost perfect: Kaliopi did her first internship while she was still at school and discovered that she enjoyed working with children. She received good feedback and decided to study to become a teacher. Despite the corona pandemic, Kaliopi completed her studies almost in the standard period of study and started her traineeship at just 24 years old. But reality brought unexpected challenges: the general shortage of teachers and the high workload put Kaliopi under pressure. Although her dream of becoming a teacher is closer than ever, doubts gradually arise. The constant increased workload and the feeling of not being able to do justice to the students lead to a personal crisis.
