Ingredients for the Pasta: . Flour - 250g . Sugar - 50g . 1 pinch of salt. Butter - 50g . Egg - 1 unit. Yeast/baker's yeast - 25g. Milk - 75ml . Lemon zest – 1 teaspoon. Orange Zest - 1 teaspoon Preparation: In a bowl place the sugar, melted butter, lemon zest, orange zest and egg. Stir well with a stick. Add the salt and part of the milk. Stir well again. Add the yeast and stir well again. Add the flour and mix with a spoon. Add the other part of the milk and mix again. Place the dough on the counter. Add flour to the dough to help it knead. Knead the dough well and finally form a ball. Place the dough in a bowl with flour underneath and cover. Let the dough rest for 20 minutes. After the dough has rested, knead again with the help of more flour if necessary, to avoid sticking to the counter. Make a ball again and test the dough, doing the veil test. Make a roll with the dough, and use a knife to mark the cuts you will make. Cut into 7 pieces. Prepare a greased tray. Roll into small balls (if you want to weigh them, approximately 58-60g), and then place them on the baking tray. Let it rest for 1 hour with plastic over it. After resting, take it to fry. Let the oil heat up first before adding the balls. When the underside starts to color, turn the balls over to fry the other side. Remove the balls to a paper plate to remove excess fat. After frying the balls, prepare a plate with sugar and a little cinnamon. Dip the balls in sugar and cinnamon. With a knife, open the balls. Place the filling in a pastry bag fitted with a nozzle. Place the filling in the balls. Serve! Filling Ingredients: . Corn Starch - 10g . Gems - 2 units. Sugar - 60g . Vanilla Flavor - 1 dessert spoon. Milk - 125ml How to Prepare the Filling: In a pan, add the cornstarch and egg yolks. Using a stick, wrap it well. Add the sugar and wrap again. Add the vanilla flavoring, add only half of the 125ml of milk and mix again. Add the other half of the milk and mix again.
