This recipe is very meaningful to KakSue because this is a recipe that took time for KakSue to practice looking for information here and there, trying many times and finally.. this cake came out. Alhamdulillah..😄 . KakSue first saw this cake from Thai bakers & was amazed by the beauty of this cake because it was so smooth. So KakSue once asked a Thai baker to teach her but they don't teach international students. . So, KakSue learned on her own from some information that KakSue found on the internet & practiced it several times, changing it here & there.. And...Finally... Alhamdulillah.. So.even though it's not perfect yet..😁 . Ok guys.. Here is the recipe that many have been waiting for since yesterday..🤣 . Ingredients A: (Sift) 265gr Cake Flour 1 1/3 tsp Baking powder Ingredients B: 200gr Pure Salted Butter (You can also use unsalted, add 1 tsp salt) 100gr Castor Sugar 100gr Icing Sugar 16 gr Ovalette /Sp Ingredients C: 245gr Eggs (break and weigh) (room temperature) Ingredients D: 105gr Evaporated Milk (room temperature) 1 tsp Vanilla essence . tools.: -1 baking pan that is larger than the cake pan -10 pieces of tissue paper/ 7 pieces of A4 paper 2 pieces of Aluminum baking foil (22cm) . . How to Bake: Waterbath: 170°C: 45 minutes (Top and bottom heat) 170°C: 20 to 30 minutes (Bottom heat only) until cooked The temperature and cooking time vary according to each oven.. Adjust according to the suitability of each oven.🙂 Tips: 1. Mixer 1 direction only, do not change directions 2. Mixer according to the time given & speed stated 3.
