One of my favorites in Chilean cuisine: Beef casserole... full of flavor and with a nutritional contribution that is hard to match. If you are interested in Slucook products or any of the ones I use in this video, watch the video on Zing: http://www.getzing.store/p/qmymdn-drh8 Beef casserole can be made with ossobuco (in that case I recommend browning it), although I love it with tapapecho. Calculate a piece of about 150-200 grams per person. The ingredients in detail are: Tapapecho Potato Corn White onion (2 cups) Bell pepper (1 red) Carrot Pumpkin Vegetable broth or water Green beans Celery sprig Cilantro, parsley, oregano (3 tbsp of each) Garlic (3 cloves) Rice (3 tbsp) Optional: a little bit of chili and a pinch of cumin. First, we cook the meat in a pressure cooker for about 20-25 minutes (from the moment it comes to a boil) along with the herbs and paprika. After that, we let the pressure go off and we go with the potatoes, carrots, corn and squash for about 10 minutes under pressure. Finally, the rice for about 10 minutes, and finally the green beans, which will be ready in about 5 minutes. The details and the step by step are in the video! I hope you like it and share it!
