Necessary ingredients for a 38 cm pan. 750 g of baklava noodles 800 g of walnuts 5 spoons of sugar For coating: 300 g of Agda/Zaljev butter 1 kg of sugar 1,200 ml of water 4 lemon wedges Preparation: First prepare the walnuts, one part chopped and one part ground. Add 5 spoons of sugar to the walnuts and mix. Melt the butter. Put the agda to cook. Cook for 15 minutes at a medium temperature from the moment it boils. Towards the end of cooking, add lemon rings and cook for about 3 minutes. Cut out the shape of the casserole on the noodle sheets. First, arrange 4 sheets of noodles in a pan. Coat each leaf with butter. Spread part of the walnut mixture on the fourth coated noodle, enough to cover the entire noodle. Make sure that the mixture remains until the end of assembling the baklava. We continue to arrange the noodles, which should be coated with butter and sprinkled with walnuts. Finally, leave 4 sheets of noodles and one on the side to cover the baklava. Cover the baklava with 4 sheets of noodles. Coat three sheets and not the fourth, because the baklava is to be cut. You can cut the baklava as you wish. We cut into rhombuses. Now spread the cut baklava evenly with butter. Cover with one noodle that you can coat thinly with oil only. Baklava is ready for baking. Bake in a heated oven for a total of 90 minutes. Bake at 200 degrees for the first 10 minutes, then reduce to 150 degrees and bake for another 80 minutes. Take the baklava out of the oven and remove the top crust. Cover hot baklava from the oven with cold agda. Water gradually, first soak the baklava well to the top and wait a few minutes for it to absorb the agda, again add a little agda and wait for it to absorb, now you can see that the baklava is all in the agda. Baklava can stay in the fridge for a long time, it gets better and better the longer it stays if it can be preserved so that it is not eaten quickly. Pleasant!
