One of Turkey's legendary CEOs, Şahin Tulga, defines leadership by listing the characteristics that a good leader should have. Şahin Tulga received his undergraduate and graduate degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in the USA. After graduation, he worked in the USA and Turkey. In Turkey, he served as General Manager / CEO at Bordata, Entek, Digital Equipment Corporation, Lucent Technologies and Hewlett Packard. Şahin Tulga currently provides management consultancy, board membership, training, mentoring/coaching and professional speaker services on strategic management topics that he is passionate about, at the MENTORO Platform, which he founded.
