Hello Audio Nerd! Guitar is one of the most versatile instruments in music production, everyone already knows that. And using it as a MIDI instrument controller makes it even more incredible, but the problem is the price for this to be possible, since some options available on the market are expensive, such as Roland's GK converter, or hybrid instruments such as Godin guitars and basses. With this in mind, the software company Jam Origin developed MIDI GUITAR 2, a plugin for both iPad, iPhone, and Windows and MacOS computers, which converts the notes played with your guitar into MIDI notes as if it were a keyboard-based controller, but not, hahaha… ????
