If the entire team is defeated, the challenge is lost for good. Restrictions on catching: Only the first Pokémon that appears on a new route may be caught. If this Pokémon cannot be caught, there is no second chance on this route. If a Pokémon from the same evolutionary line has already been caught, you can keep searching until a new Pokémon appears. Nickname requirement: Every Pokémon caught must be given a nickname before it can take part in a battle. If you want a Pokémon to be named after you, leave a comment under one of my videos! Level limit: The level of your own Pokémon must not exceed that of the strongest (later the weakest) Pokémon of the next gym leader.
