The signing of the armistice of Villa Giusti, on November 3, 1918, signed by the commander of the VI Austro-Hungarian Army Corps, General Weber Von Webenau, and by General Pietro Badoglio, Marshal General of the Kingdom of Italy sanctioned the end of World War I for Italy.
