Aisha bint Abu Bakr - Great Women of Islam #Aisha #Prophet'sWife #GreatWomen Az-Zubayr ibn al-Awwam (may Allah be pleased with him) says, "I have not met anyone who knew the verses of the Quran better than her. No one could compare with her, neither in knowledge of the rules of inheritance, nor in the examples of the behavior of Muhammad ﷺ that we today call sunnah, nor in knowledge of poetic eloquence, or traditions and knowledge of who and where they were pronounced in the presence of Muhammad ﷺ; knowledge of historical events, as well as laws and rules that came into force. I have not met anyone who knew more than her, to the point that she understood even medicine more than anyone else among us. As a result, she became the most knowledgeable among all women. She knew absolutely everything, although she lived with Muhammad ﷺ for only 8 years and five months, no more. " Aisha (r.a.) had a special relationship with the Prophet ﷺ. She was a pampered wife of the Prophet ﷺ because of her character. Once they were returning after one of the battles, and the Prophet ﷺ let his warriors go ahead, and he himself, together with Aisha, remained behind. Then he said to Aisha: "O Aisha, are you ready to run a race with me?" Aisha agreed. And so Aisha and the Prophet ﷺ ran a race. Aisha was still very young at that time, and she won against the Prophet ﷺ. A few years later, Aisha and the Prophet ﷺ repeated their race, but this time, as Aisha says: "I was older and had gained weight, so the Prophet ﷺ overtook me. After the race, the Prophet ﷺ came to me, pushed me shoulder to shoulder and said: "Now we have a tie. You won the first time, and I won the second." The most revered and respected one, about whom the Prophet ﷺ said that he loved her more than anyone else, was none other than Aisha binti Abu Bakr As-Siddiq (may Allah be pleased with her), known as Umm al-Mu'minin - the Mother of the Believers (may Allah be pleased with her). She grew up in a wonderful family. Her father was the great companion Abu Bakr, and her mother was Umm Umar bint al-'Aamir. Aisha herself says about herself: “By the time I consciously began to perceive worldly life and the life to come, when I began to consciously see this world, my parents already worshiped Allah Subh1anahu wa Tagh1ala, professing the religion of Islam.” Abu Bakr (may Allah be pleased with him) was one of the few companions who never worshiped idols in his life. From this one can imagine what a wonderful upbringing Abu Bakr (may Allah be pleased with him) gave her. She was born in the fifth year of Bi't. The Prophet ﷺ was engaged to her when she was six years old. He married her after the migration to Medina and consummated the marriage when she was nine years old. Later, when she was older, she was asked about her marriage, to which she replied, "I was given to him in marriage... Subhan Allah... in those days, the average age for girls to get married was nine years old. Don't cling to the customs of the past just because you have other cultural traditions. That was the norm in those days. He married her not of his own free will, but by the command of Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala, and so that she could remember more by spending much more time with the Prophet ﷺ - she lived in his house, she was his most beloved woman, thanks to whom a huge amount of religious knowledge has reached us. Of all the women, she transmitted the greatest number of hadiths from the Prophet ﷺ that are not subject to dispute. She knew more about the Prophet ﷺ than anyone else, since she was his wife. There were certain things that only she could know, such as how he behaved in his family circle and how he interacted with his loved ones, which she narrates to us. This is why those who want to destroy our Ummah try to defame Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her). As soon as you begin to dislike her, you reject her traditions, and in doing so, you reject half of your religion. Along with her, they reject Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him), and as soon as you begin to reject him, consider that you have lost almost all of your religion. Therefore, always avoid those who slander the best representatives of our society.
