About :

The patient is an Audi A3 8V sedan from the USA, year 2015, mileage 171 thousand km equipped with a DQ250 dual-clutch automatic gearbox. The engine is a third generation E888 with an oil defect already corrected. The car came to the workshop with problems of uneven engine operation and too low oil pressure. Interestingly, this engine underwent a general overhaul 3000 km ago, after which unfortunately it required a total reconstruction... This is the second part about this car, i.e. an inspection of the gearbox, drive and all engine accessories, including checking and regenerating fuel injectors, repairing the turbocharger... And dressing the engine in accessories, putting the whole thing into the body... After which we have a period of engine running-in, servicing it and tuning!! Optimization of engine and gearbox settings using a dynamometer and race logic. The final effect is 380KM & 530Nm with mild ECU settings and performance at the level of 0-100km/h in exactly 4 seconds and the sprint time of 100-200 in 10.9 seconds with very smooth and mild settings in the TCU (gearbox).
