Hello, I'll show you how I made a custom-made choker. I used the following materials: Black cord 3mm (It took 77 meters to make the product) Decorative ring (I bought stud earrings in Aurora and cut off the clasp) I took 4 cords of 150 cm each, and here's a ring for decoration. First, I thread two cords into a ring, and measure how much cord is needed for the collar and ties. I got 60 cm of cord, and 90 cm will be needed to weave the collar in a square pattern. I fasten the long cord on the edge, and the shorter one in the middle. I start weaving a square pattern. I bring the extreme cord on the left under the extreme cord on the right. Now I bring the extreme cord on the right under all three cords and pull it through. I take the two extreme cords and pull them up. Then I do the same thing but start with the extreme right cord. And I tighten it. I try on a mannequin and weave a couple more squares. I weave the other side of the ring in the same way. It turns out two equal elements woven with a square knot. I have them 17 cm long. Now I need to attach the cords to form the shoulders. I cut 14 cords of 350 cm each, 7 on each side. I skip the three bottom loops and use a hook to pull the cord through. Then I skip two loops and pull through 7 cords on each side and align the ends. Then I take two cords and weave a chain. I take the right cord, make a loop around the left one and tighten it. Now I take the left cord, make a loop around the right one and tighten it. I repeat this until I weave the desired distance. I weave chains from all the cords. I begin to form the shoulders. First, I secure each chain with a needle, and measure so that they are all symmetrical. I take a 160 cm cord and secure it in the middle. This will be the base cord. and I start weaving a straight knot. I set the direction of the base cord and with the next cord I make a loop around the base cord, pull it through and tighten it, make another loop around the base cord and tighten it. I take 2 new cords of 160 cm each and secure them on the base cord. Then I weave 2 straight knots. Again I secure two new cords on the base and weave straight knots. I continue to the end. On the other side I do the same. I weave a straight knot, secure two cords and so on to the end. I take another cord and weave another row with a straight knot. The same on the other shoulder.
