Directions: 1. Put half the chicken mince (150g) and A in a frying pan and simmer over low heat until the liquid is gone. *Approximately 3 minutes of frying. Leave to cool for a while. 2. Put the remaining chicken mince (150g) and B in a bowl and mix well. Add the roughly chopped walnuts, raisins and ① and mix. ③ Line a mold with parchment paper and pour in ②.
