The crew van based on the Kamaz 43502 has a standard 4x4 all-wheel drive and a leaf spring suspension on the front axle. Rostar air springs are installed only on the rear axle of the crew van. Work on developing the front air suspension is already in the foreseeable future. The crew van on air suspension on the KamAZ 4350 chassis has 4 air springs per axle, which made it possible to significantly reduce vibrations transmitted to the all-terrain vehicle body. According to the studies conducted using special equipment, it was possible to reduce vibrations from the suspension by 4 times. Thanks to the measures taken, the Kamaz Vakhta has become significantly quieter and more comfortable. KAMAZ with air suspension has not lost its all-terrain capabilities. The fact is that the suspension travel on air springs has become even greater. And if you believe the theory of the car, the all-terrain KAMAZ with large suspension travel should get better characteristics off-road. The KAMAZ bus was tested by us off-road as much as possible. Unfortunately, we did not find offroad right away. We had to drive a couple of hours in the suburbs of Naberezhnye Chelny before we drove the KAMAZ shift bus into good mud. Air springs on KAMAZ are installed and attached to the rear axle without welding, which, firstly, is convenient during installation, and secondly, the integrity of the factory bridge is not violated. Air springs for trucks complete with fasteners can be sent to dealers and mounted on trucks already at the location of the machines. The Rostar air suspension has proven itself on the good side, the rubber mixture from which the air cushion is made can retain its properties down to minus 60 degrees.
