About :

🧑‍🍳Today was my fourth Peruvian Food event 🫶🏻 we attended 50 diners where they enjoyed a delicious Papa a la Huancaina, Causa Limeña, Ají de Gallina, Fish Ceviche and for dessert a delicious Tres Leches and their delicious Mazamorra morada with Arroz pudding plus their glass of Chicha Morada (all this took me 3 days to prepare in the kitchen)❤️🙏. These four events have been very arduous but I have shown myself that if you want, you can... but this would not be the case without the help of my husband and friends 🫶🏻 Many thanks to everyone who has accompanied me in these beautiful moments for me❤️and also to all the diners who attended my events and drove from so far away to participate in this culinary meeting🫶🏻💕 🧑‍🍳There is nothing more enriching than at the end of the service your diners tell you: you transported me to my childhood, you reminded me of Peru and my mother's seasoning... with tears in their eyes but with emotion and gratitude🥹... I believe that food is a big part of bringing people together and this is what my events are about, moments to meet more people and enjoy authentic Peruvian food.💕 🧑‍🍳This time I left everything in the kitchen, to say that the Causa Limeña came out just like that It is prepared in my country (because I also used Peruvian Lemons🫶🏻) and to get to this seasoning being in a country where potatoes are not suitable for it, it takes a lot of practice, until you get the perfect point, trying and trying... until you get it🧑‍🍳.
