Our Thermomix® expert Dési will show you how it's done! ????‍????✨ This recipe is perfect for spontaneous moments of enjoyment or when you want to impress your guests, and can also be easily conjured up with many other fruits. ???????????? ???? Ingredients for 6 people: 550 g raspberries (frozen) Juice of 1 lemon 60 g sugar Pulp of ½ vanilla pod 2 tsp homemade vanilla sugar 1000 g low-fat quark 6 tbsp granola (e.g. wild berry granola) 80 g mineral water 1️⃣ Put the sugar in the mixing bowl and pulverize for 10 seconds level 10. Add the quark, mineral water and vanilla pulp and beat for 8 minutes dough mode until fluffy. Transfer the quark cream and set aside. 2️⃣ Put the thawed raspberries, lemon juice and vanilla sugar into the mixing bowl and puree for 30 seconds level 6. 3️⃣ Layer the quark cream and raspberry puree alternately in glasses. Garnish with fresh raspberries and granola and either serve immediately or keep chilled until ready to eat.
