Instead of a cramped apartment - your own country house in nature. Real estate prices in the capital of Tatarstan are forcing more and more people to look for alternatives to city housing. SNT, cottage villages are being built at an incredible speed ... But even here, the cost of land, construction, repairs do not always please future residents. We decided to find out whether it is possible to buy or build a good country house at the price of a one-room apartment in Kazan and choose a good direction with accessible infrastructure. Together with experts, we figured out which directions near Kazan are the most profitable, assessed possible sites for construction and technologies / materials for houses, talked to owners of private houses - who built a house themselves, and who bought a ready-made one.
