Do you know steak au four? No? This recipe is not only super easy to make... It also tastes really delicious! ???? How do you prepare your steak au four correctly? You need (for around 4 people) 4 sirloin steaks, preferably a little thicker... You steak or pound these and then season them very simply with salt and pepper. Then put them in the hot pan for around 2 minutes on each side. Now put them in a bowl or a large plate that is suitable for the oven. Now take your seasoned meat and fill your steaks with it. How do you prepare seasoned meat easily and deliciously? We have linked a video of ours below. • Mecklenburg seasoned meat with cheese... Now add grated cheese and put the whole thing in the oven at 180° top heat for around 5-7 minutes. Your steak au four is ready! Have fun making it!
