Most people suffer from legal assumption, which is a disease that paralyzes the vision and blurs reason to such an extent that you don't read what is written. You assume. Which rule § POLICE refers to, and explain why it does not cover 98% of the entire population. I analyze a fine proposal and present it at eye level without complicated legal (rights) terms. Law means rights. So nothing about what rules of the game govern behind it, only procedure. As long as you only follow procedures, you don't have a chance. You have to learn to understand the rules of the game. That's what I'm trying to teach you.
