This is a dynamic, basic vinyasa yoga practice to gain flexibility and mobility. By connecting to your breath and sensations, you can explore your physical limits and delve deeper into some asanas. If you have any yoga blocks, grab them and keep them close to you so you can use them if needed. I will give you modifications, but remember to go at your own pace.
