It's adventure time again! Today from Wunderland Kalkar in Kalkar. Wunderland Kalkar is located in North Rhine-Westphalia on the Niederrein in Kalkar. The site is a former nuclear power station. This never went into operation and so the area was used as a location for an amusement park, as well as hotels and seminar rooms. You won't find large roller coasters, various water rides, or themed rides (such as ghost trains or similar) in Wunderland Kalkar. The park is geared more towards families with small children and has a variety of carousels to offer. Unfortunately, many carousels are very similar in type and design (e.g. 3 balloon rides in very similar carousels).
