How did 10,000 Finns manage to inject 100 million euros into WinCapita? This video tells the story of WinCapita from its rapid rise to tragic destruction! Behind WinCapita was Hannu Kailajärvi, born in Pirkkala, who started to accumulate a huge pyramid scam for himself. WinCapita promised its investors fabulous riches derived from currency trading. Successful foreign exchange transactions were based on WinCapita's money shampoo, i.e. exchange rate signal program. As with many other Pyramid or Ponzi scams, WinCapita also met its tragic end. Thousands of people were left to lick their wounds after losing, in the worst case, their entire property! Some of the people at the top of the pyramid also made a profit with WInCapita!
