Hello, this is Ariel. In this episode I am testing a product from Liqui Moly which, according to the manufacturer, is designed to improve the operation of damaged unit injectors. The car we will be dealing with in this episode is a Skoda Fabia with a 1.4 TDI engine, whose fuel system is based on unit injectors. The problem in the car is the engine operation, the engine is running irregularly, its operation is incorrect, it throws it around, and during the morning start-up there is an intense cloud of white smoke and at the same time the RPMs are terribly fluctuating and the engine sometimes tries to stall and sometimes increases the RPMs. The biggest problem in this engine is with the unit injector on the second cylinder, the corrections of this unit injector are 2.99 mg/stroke of operation, which clearly informs us about the fact that a given unit injector is not working properly. However, one big question arises whether preparations such as Liqui Moly 2666 are able to eliminate the fault or improve the engine operation.
