It's not just content creators like @unge, @orangemorangetv, @Scurrows, @Reved, @Giggand, @AnniTheDuck and @buzzfeedtasty who appreciate the island and its advantages. There is also a large #startup community here and the government is doing a lot to make life as pleasant as possible for digital nomads. High-speed internet, free or very inexpensive co-working spaces and events for digital nomads make the island, in addition to everything it already has to offer, an absolute mecca for anyone who wants to work remotely. Luís, 3, 9360 -218 Ponta do Sol https://digitalnomads.startupmadeira.... ◾Pico Ruivo - The highest mountain in Madeira When visiting Madeira, climbing the "Pico Ruivo" at sunrise should be at the top of your #bucketlist. Since, at 1862 meters, it is the highest mountain on the island of Madeira and the third highest in Portugal, you can imagine how breathtaking the view is. If not - watch our video about the #SunsetHike. We recommend parking at the Achada Do Teixeira car park and setting off around 2.5 hours before sunrise. You will need around 2 hours for the 2.8 km each way. It is very strenuous, but worth it. Tip: pack a flashlight and camera! ◾Seixal Beach Green island, black sand, blue sea. This is the #SeixalBeach on Madeira. The small town of Seixal on the north coast of Madeira has 650 inhabitants and is located between Porto Moniz and São Vicente on the VE2 coastal road. 🌊 Other beautiful beaches: Prainha Beach Garajau Beach Praia de Calheta Praia Formosa Machico Beach Porto Santo Address: Praia do Porto do Seixal ◾Cascata dos Anjos - Waterfall Just a few minutes' drive from Ponta do Sol there is an impressive waterfall that pours over the edge of a cliff onto the narrow coastal road. An absolute photo spot! From there you also have a great view of the beach and the sea. We immediately had a good feeling about Lobosonda. Together with an experienced marine biologist, we went out to sea to look out for the animals. During this time, she explained to us about the protection of the world's oceans and told us what special features the Atlantic Ocean has to offer. We were very lucky to see Blainville's beaked whales as well as dolphins.
