About :

A PEC (proposed amendment to the Constitution) by Congresswoman Erika Hilton (PSOL-SP) aims to change the Constitution and alter workers' working hours in Brazil. The 6 X 1 work schedule, which generates a 44-hour work week, would become 36 hours. The proposal had the signatures of 195 congressmen by 10 am this Wednesday (13), which allows the formal discussion of the text to begin, according to the advisory of federal congresswoman Erika Hilton (PSOL-SP). To do so, the PEC needed at least 171 signatures from the 513 congressmen.
