The HotNews.ro correspondent from Moldova was in the Autonomous Region of Gagauzia, where recently the elections were won by the representative of the pro-Russian party Şor, and spoke with several locals about Romania, Russia and the investments made in the region by the European Union. Gagauzia exports over 40% of its production to the European Union. These are mostly wine, sunflower oil, wool, leather and textiles.
