This goosebump-inducing gospel is performed by many artists, but not all of them cause that feeling. In the Netherlands it was also recorded in 1962 by Mieke Telkamp & Yvonne Oostveen. In 1937 accordionist Johnny Holshuysen became world champion accordion player. After he changed his stage name to John Woodhouse in 1967, he achieved international success with his magic accordion. In 1970, at the height of his success, he recorded this gospel together with the Westlands Mannen- en Meisjeskoor, conducted by Piet Struijk.
