Many of us know that we should exercise regularly, yet we give up on New Year's resolutions after 2 weeks at the latest. We know that it is quite a difficult task to keep up with the family and the workplace without regularly taking time for ourselves. Vera, with more than 20 years of teaching experience behind her, shows a simple method, with the help of which the next New Year's resolution will not only last for 2 weeks. Vera Balatoni-Huber is a yoga instructor, studio manager, and English teacher. His mission is to teach the method in addition to yoga techniques, so that even the busy and lazy can live a healthier life.
