About :

A unique restoration project that I am leading in the small village of Mstyora in the Vladimir region. The video shows the house of the manufacturer Krestyaninov, built around 1905-1908, which I bought at an auction of the Federal Property Management Agency. I also managed to buy the entire complex of the copper rolling mill and a wooden tower from the mid-19th century. This is a unique example of a preserved factory complex! The issue of preserving the heritage is now very acute, because these houses, built more than 120 years ago, require protection and preservation. Separately, I would like to note the work of the State Inspectorate for the Protection of Cultural Heritage Sites of the Vladimir Region, at the entire stage of bringing the object to auction, information support and concern for the house were provided. It is a big risk to hand over the object, but the understanding that otherwise it will only get worse determined the general intention. The project is very complex, risky, responsible. But I am not afraid and understand the long-term nature of this story and am ready for such planning.
