Wall insulation is the main stage of house construction. Considering that even 40% of heat is lost through the walls in your own home, proper wall insulation can save you a lot. Therefore, it is worth carefully analyzing the quality of the materials from which the thermal insulation will be made. It is also not worth saving when choosing a specialized construction team. Correctly performed building insulation is an art that not everyone can do. At this stage, it is easy to make many mistakes that will cost us much more in the future. We will appreciate a job well done already after the first heating season. A reduction in heating costs of up to 30% is a great reason to consider heating as a good investment. Especially knowing that correctly performed insulation ensures good technical parameters of the facade and a durable, aesthetic result. The Majster-Pol company, which has been producing building insulation systems for ten years, based on its experience of working with different building materials, has developed its ETICS system set of thermal insulation materials for buildings. It consists of: - primers, - adhesive mortars, - thin-layer plasters - and a reinforcing mesh of glass fabric. Before starting the insulation work, the walls of the building were covered with deep penetrating primer "MajsterGrunt Głębokopenetrujący". After that, the starting profile was attached, which facilitates the gluing of the panels and protects the building from damage. Styrofoam panels were glued using "STYROLEP K" glue. According to the manufacturer's instructions, the glue was stretched along the perimeter and in the middle of the panels, which guarantees adequate insulation and safety of the insulation layer. At the end, thermally sensitive areas of the facade were protected - window and door openings and corners of the building. These areas were also protected from mechanical damage. Decorative profiles were attached to the insulation layer, which prepared the facade for fixing decorative elements.
