In this video, I will show you a super fast way to dismantle an old floor and how I most often pour a floor screed without much dust and dirt. I install beacons, calculate the required volume of the solution and order a ready-made moistened solution of the M150 brand. The solution is brought to me by a dump truck. In order to bring it into the room, I take a couple of assistants to help. You can walk on the floor the next day. The advantage of this method: 1. you do not buy a whole bunch of bags of dry solution; 2. no need to mix manually; 3. saves time and effort; 4. the material, in most cases, is cheaper, even taking into account delivery by dump truck; 5. such a screed is less likely to crack. Cons: 1. it is problematic to buy a ready-made solution in small towns and even more so in villages; 2. time limit (you need to use up all the solution in a few hours), but for me this is even more of a plus. Material costs, floor 11.5 m2, pouring height approximately 10 cm: 1. wall profile 28x27 7 pcs. – $14 / 1050 rubles; 2. gypsum plaster 1 bag – $4.8 / 360 rubles; 3. jigsaw blades 4 pcs. – $2 / 150 rubles; 4. damper tape (backing) 5 m2 – $3 / 225 rubles; 5. masking tape – $2 / 150 rubles; 6. expanded clay 6 bags of 50 liters. – $15.6 / 1170 rubles; 7. ready-made solution M150 0.8 m3 – $32 / 2400 rubles; 8. solution delivery – $24 / 1800 rubles. Total: $97.4 / RUB 7,305. Tools for installing beacons: Laser level, square, tape measure, metal scissors or something to cut beacons with. Tools for working with mortar: Shovel, several buckets, rule (possibly several) 👇👇👇👇👇 Subscribe to my telegram channel: https://t.me/goodmastera In my telegram channel, I answer frequently asked questions, give advice, show short videos of repair processes, share photos and useful information.
