Even in the countryside, traditional yards with scratching hens are few and far between, vegetable beds in back gardens and flower beds in front gardens are also on the decline. Urban taste has set foot here as well. On "trash" day, from spring to autumn, the bins are filled with green goods, and in winter with wood. Most people do not have any awareness of creating their environment in such a way that they are surrounded by a pleasant microclimate and rich wildlife. Moreover, they believe that they can discover the pest, the harm in every living being, and try to remove it from their environment. The presentation aims to show that creating a climate- and biodiversity-friendly garden is the same task. It will be about: how to arrange our garden, what and where to plant, whether to plant non-native species; what to do with the "weeds"; how to manage external factors such as wind, sun, precipitation; how to treat the lawn, trees, vegetable garden in our garden; what is the best way to treat organic matter; what to do with the cuttings; with wood leaf. But we also discuss how a fence or roof can help or harm the microclimate or diversity. The organization of the event was supported by the National Cultural Fund and the European Commission.
