Ingredients: -1 Cup of vegetable or pork lard = 9 tablespoons = 180gr -2 1/2 Cups of special wheat flour for pastry = 350gr -1 Cup of powdered sugar, icing sugar, nevazúcar = 180gr a little more powdered sugar to put on top of the polvorosas after coming out of the oven -1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon -1/2 teaspoon of salt. -2 tablespoons of anise liqueur (optional) Preparation: -Sift the flour with the cinnamon, salt and sugar and in a bowl mix it with the butter, finish kneading with your hands but not excessively, just until the dough is made. -Make a tube with the dough and roll it in cling film, take it to the freezer for 1 hour. -Turn on the oven to 160ºc -Cut the tube into wheels 1 finger thick, place the wheels on a baking tray on waxed paper, separating them from each other about 3 cm.
