The first part of the 2023 Winter trip. The goal for the trip was only one thing, to go down Finland's longest sledding hill in Saariselkä. Saariselkä was also supposed to be a turning point on the way home, but as you can tell from the title, there was enough speed for much further! In addition to the sledding hill, the trip included skiing, sauna, swimming (taking a dip), watching the Kiruna rocket, the northern lights, history, and not forgetting drinking good sapuska.
