Yeast for four 5-gram seltzers. If you have it, it is much better to use special yeast for brewing or winemaking. _________________________________________________ ❗️Important tips❗️ 1. Be sure to use an air lock. I have taught you how to make an air lock in the video. 2. Be sure to disinfect the container in which you are going to ferment with beer beforehand and make sure it is not greasy at all. 3. Be sure to activate the yeast before adding it to your seltzer. 4. Be sure to boil the sugar with a small amount of water for a few minutes to disinfect it and to destroy the preservatives that companies add to sugar by boiling it, and our yeasts will be better able to feed the sugars in the seltzer and turn it into alcohol. _________________________________________________ If you have any questions, be sure to comment and we will answer them as soon as possible.
